Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please contact us at kingdomglollc@gmail.com

REFUNDS

Refunds are only approved if the product shows visible damage upon delivery's arrival from us and not due to neglect on behalf of the customer (leaving package outside due to being away or delayed package opening). Product is to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from. 

Items are made to order. Please note that due to the made to order process, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please double check sizing before placing your order. No refund will be issued for incorrect sizing.
